With over 2 decades of training experience in combat sports including: Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, Wrestling, Sambo, and Judo, As well as certiications from NASM as a performance enhancement specialist, ISSA tactical conditioning specialist, and a Bioforce certified conditioning coach. I am confident in my ability to vastly improve your health and fitness. From fat loss, nutrition, hypertrophy, strength, and athletic performance, as well as your ability to defend yourself from not only a place of study, but personal passion and practical application that has been integrated in my life for decades.
